The dust and blood has settled after another weekend of zombie fanatics getting together to share their love of all things undead and below are some pictures and write ups of the kind of things that happened on this rained soaked weekend of the Living Dead.

Firstly, let me just say thanks to everyone that helped out and that came along, took part and generally had an amazing weekend... There was some rain during the Zombie LRP bit, but although Terror4fun panicked, loads of people said it simply made it more atmospheric, so I'm glad it didn't put a damper on things...

Friday...

Friday was the usual blend of camping, films and mayhem... Once again we had the Phoenix Arts Centres big screen along with big, bad Pete the projectionist to show some zombie films to the hordes of zombie hungry fans that attended, and then a lot of chilling out round the campfire.

Saturday Early...

The guests arose from their slumber, devoured enough bacon to make 3 whole pigs and got stuck into the shooting and archery, followed soon after by the Stuart Conran (Main Make Up Man from Shaun of the Dead) demo of how to create the Living Dead...

Saturday Afternoon... The Main Event... The Zombie LRP...

This was the time for everyone to don their seventies gear and visit the Willard Valley Fund Raising Village Fete, the local nuns were helping out, the head of the Parish Council was there to supervise... All held on a beautiful, August afternoon, the only slight problem being the rain... Oh, sorry, my mistake, the rain, the evil scientist, the zombie nuns and a massive infection rate that killed almost everyone...

Sunday...

...and now relax.... After the zombie based chaos of the previous two days Sunday is the day to chill out, drink tea, battle hangovers, eat more bacon and see just who has won what at Zombie Fest 2007... That and NOT another chance to see Zombie Ed well up again...

The Kitchen of the Dead... For those of you that don't know , the Kitchen of the Dead is where the make up artists spend hours at work every year, making the guests into the living dead... This hardcore group help make Zombie Fest as frightening as it is.
