The day was Friday and from mid-afternoon the undead faithful headed from across the country to attend the festivities… They headed directly to the usual clearing and from there put up their tents, drank far too much and made their plans and uneasy alliances all in the hope of surviving Saturdays activities…

 

After more drink and some food, the guests gathered in the second of the buildings for a couple of hours of the worlds best Zombie Short Films, we had films from America, Finland, Canada and England, so yes, mainly English speaking shorts but still an international cavalcade of zombie fun was watched/devoured by all, with the viewing pleasure only occasionally broken by the occasional smoke or booze break…

 

Once the last reel had run, people retired to the camp fire and the main building for more food, drink and relaxation… The camp fire was a really sound place to chill and enjoy… The 5 hour game of ‘Zombies !!!' was of an epic scale never to be repeated… Especially if you ask anyone who took part in it…

 

The day was done, and as people fell into a fitful sleep, only the sound of squeaky enjoyment could be heard penetrating the night….
